Gluten free Christmas pudding with cider. Richly fruited gluten free Christmas pudding with brandy, walnuts, almonds and pecans. Made without milk. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
• Microwave: From Chilled
• Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove outer packaging. Pierce film lid. Place the basin on a microwaveable plate. Stand for 1 minute before serving. • Check food is piping hot - if not reheat for a further brief period. (800W: 40 secs, 900W: 40 secs, 1000W: 30 secs)
• Steam: From Chilled
• Steam. Time: 30 mins. Remove outer packaging. Do not remove film lid. Place in a steamer over boiling water or alternatively, use a large saucepan with a trivet or an upturned heat-resistant saucer. Place the pot on the trivet/saucer and add boiling water to come halfway up the pot. Steam/simmer with the saucepan lid on. Top up with boiling water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.
