The shade-grown Indian coffee is cultivated in Kerala at 800-1200 meters above sea level. The shade-grown Ethiopian coffee is cultivated in Oromia at 1600 -2000 meters above sea level.

Variety: A melange of rare robusta tempered with mild citrus-like Peru Arabica varieties and topped with sweet Ethiopian Ignatieff.
